1. Purpose
EditYourCar is an online service that generates automotive video edits from user-uploaded photos (the “Service”), operated by [À COMPLÉTER].
2. Acceptance
Accessing and using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for credential confidentiality and activity on your account. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
4. Uploaded content
You warrant you hold the rights to photos and audio you upload, and that they do not infringe third-party rights. You must not upload illegal, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content.
5. Generated content
Generated videos are provided “as is”, with no warranty against errors, artifacts, or distortion. Music licensing will be clarified before broader commercial launch.
6. Credits and payment
The Service uses credits. Paid offers (Stripe) may be added later. Unused credits may be subject to terms stated at purchase.
7. Acceptable use
You must not spam, abusively automate API calls, bypass limits, or harm infrastructure. We apply anti-abuse measures (rate limiting, captcha).
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability of [À COMPLÉTER] is limited to direct damages and, where applicable, amounts paid to the Service in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
You may delete your account from settings. We may terminate access for material breach. Deletion erases associated data per the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Courts of the registered office of [À COMPLÉTER] shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
